BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The objective of this course is to help nurses understand the essence of leadership and enhance their leadership skills in 6 main areas: 

  • Communication
  • Leadership in nursing – Clinical leadership
  • Teamwork
  • Conflict management
  • Solving problems and decision making
  • Development and adaptability

This way nurses can develop their leadership skills, so they can serve as role models in their organizations, help ensure great teamwork and effective communication in patient care and be prepared to lead the implementation of new digital services.

SUMMARY

The course has 6 modules and 8-10 sessions (on site or online). Each module consists of a theoretical part and a series of applied exercises.
