BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The primary goal of learning about digitalization of management processes and innovation in everyday processes is to enable individuals and organizations to harness the power of digital technologies to drive positive change, improve efficiency, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. After these courses students should be able to:

  • To understand digital transformation, understand concepts and principles of digital transformation, including how digital technologies are reshaping traditional management practices and business processes;
  • To improves data analytic skills, usage of digital tools to collect, process, analyze operational information;
  • To identify opportunities for digitalization and innovation within organizational processes;
  • To acquire knowledge and skills in utilizing a variety of digital tools and platforms, such as data analytics software, collaboration tools, digital communication platforms;
  • To learn how to leverage digitalization to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize resource allocation, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and productivity;
  • Understand how digital technologies can be leveraged to foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement in everyday processes;
  • Develop skills in managing organizational change associated with digital transformation, including overcoming resistance, building buy-in, and effectively communicating the benefits of digitalization to stakeholders.
