BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The need for digital skills will become increasingly important in the near future. The objective of this course is to give an overview of the available digital technology and how to use it on a daily base in a professional environment. The module will include:
- Digital technology for inpatient care
- Remote nursing of inpatients
- Ambient Assisted Living overview
- Use case applications
- Basic digital competencies (cloud, sharing data, ...)
- Privacy law (GDPR)
- E-health
- Use of apps in healthcare
- European policy on data transfer and sharing (open data science)
