PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The e-Hospital4Future project aims to promote the implementation of innovative training programs across Europe, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, schools, and universities. In the short term, it seeks to raise awareness of the real training needs of European healthcare professionals —both clinical and non-clinical— with a focus on digital skills. In the medium term, it plans to develop and deliver courses tailored to these needs. In the long term, the project aims to equip healthcare staff with effective tools to better manage crisis situations and increasing care pressure. To achieve this, new training programs will be created and disseminated, focusing on three key areas: interpersonal (soft), technical, and digital skills.
