BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The primary goal of the program is to reduce the daily emotional stress of the company's employees by providing practical techniques and methods recognized by psychologists on how to regulate emotions in the work environment and at home. The applied techniques and methods can significantly prevent employee burnout and increase emotional resilience, thus returning employee productivity and eliminating the number of mistakes made at work.

After these courses students should be able to:

  • Understand and regulate emotions in the work environment
  • Recognize and prevent the onset of burnout.
  • Apply several simple but effective methods for self-regulation of emotions.
  • Strengthen emotional intelligence, thus avoiding conflicts and misunderstandings in the workplace, which can escalate the decline in work productivity.
