BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The digitalization of healthcare services requires both technology and digital rules that would establish the governance of digital care.

This training course aims at introducing IT governance-related concepts, going through methods and regulations to cope with digital transformation.

“On Job” training is recommended.

SUMMARY

This Course has 3 Modules, 8 Sessions (to be organized according to the specific requests of the hospitals, either on place or online).

Module 1:

  • Session 1: Introduction to Digital Governance, Concepts and COBIT.
  • Session 2: Digital Services Governance.
  • Session 3: Project exercise.

Module 2:

  • Session 4: Ethics, Regulations and Legal Aspects.
  • Session 5: Coordination in Digital Health.
  • Session 6: Hands-on exercise.

Module 3:

  • Session 7: Case Studies and Practical Application.
  • Session 8: Future Trends and Emerging Technologies. Course final assessment.
